- support of ICT systems and applications in production,
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support to users and administrators of specific applications,
- provision of hosting services.

It now operates with 2 points of presence (POPs) in the UK, 2 POPs in the Netherlands, 1 POP in Belgium and 2 POPs in Greece.
