Kicking Off the EnerTEF Project: Advancing AI for the Energy Sector

Within December 2024, in Athens, Greece, we officially launched the Common European-scale Energy Artificial Intelligence Federated Testing and Experimentation Facility (EnerTEF) project. This groundbreaking initiative, coordinated by the DSS Lab, EPU-NTUA, and under the technical coordination and management of European Dynamics, aims to revolutionize the integration of AI in the energy sector.

The kick-off meeting brought together a consortium of leading organizations and institutions, united in shaping the future of trustworthy, cutting-edge AI solutions for the evolving energy landscape.

A Game-Changing Vision: EnerTEF addresses the urgent need for reliable, rigorously tested AI tools in real-world energy environments. With a unique network of five primary nodes and three satellite hubs, the project facilitates the adaptation, validation, and scaling of innovative AI technologies.
