EUROPEAN DYNAMICS' role in the evolution of e-Procurement
EUROPEAN DYNAMICS has pioneered e-Procurement by successfully delivering a wide range of international projects since the Public e-Procurement concept was introduced.

- SIMAP e-Tendering (Office for Official Publications of the European Communities)
- Implementation of a prototype collaborative e-procurement environment for awarding authorities and their economic operators experimenting with the procurement functionality and procedures associated with the different stages of e-Procurement, according to the EU public procurement Directive 2004/18/EC.
- 2004
- IDABC e-Procurement Studies and Demonstrators (European Commission)
- Creation of common technical specifications and working demonstrators to be easily reused by operators wishing to develop e-Procurement systems or applications in compliance with the EU public procurement legislation in order to improve interoperability.
- e-PPS (EUROPEAN DYNAMICS)
- Development of the e-PPS e-Procurement platform. Implementation of prototypes and parameterised tools for simulating the different e-Procurement stages and awarding procedures, as prescribed by the new European legislative framework. Localisation in Arabic, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Italian (other localisations are scheduled for 2009 and 2010).

- Implementation of the multilingual e-Notices portal to facilitating the filing by Public Administrations across the EU of the e-Notices forms published on the TED portal of the European Commission.
- EMED-TDS B2B Platform (Chambers of Commerce in the Mediterranean region)
- Development of a B2B platform aimed to create an e-Market network in the Euro-Mediterranean region for introducing suppliers to buyers from 15 nations.

- e-Tendering for the government of Belgium (FEDICT and SPF P&O)
- Design, development and commissioning of an e-Tendering platform for use by public organisations in Belgium.

- e-Procurement platform for the government of Jordan (Ministry of Finance)
- Preparation and introduction of a sustainable e-Procurement solution in Jordan. Developing of a system to demonstrate the feasibility of implementing electronic procurement procedures.
- e-Notifications Feasibility Study (European Commission)
- Concerning the optimisation of the transmission of procurement notices by Contracting Authorities and entities intended for publication in the Official Journal of the EU.
- e-Catalogues Feasibility Study (European Commission)
- Consultancy services on the use of electronic catalogues in the field of e-Government and e-Procurement in the EU.

- Design and delivery of an e-Catalogues platform allowing the procurement of goods and services for the Belgian Federal government.

- Design and delivery of an e-Notifications platform allowing Contracting Authorities in Belgium to publish contract notifications.

- Supply and Managed Service for the UK’s NHS Supplier Pre-Qualification Information Database.
- e-Sourcing Framework (OGC’s Buying Solutions)
- EUROPEAN DYNAMICS has been awarded the e-Sourcing Framework Contract of the UK’s Office of Government Commerce Buying Solutions. The company offers e-PPS as a managed service fulfilling the needs of government and public authorities in electronic tendering, evaluation, contract and vendor management, as well as in e-auctions.
