e-Sourcing Framework Contract

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS has been appointed as a supplier in the e-Sourcing Managed Services framework by Buying Solutions, the national procurement partner for UK public services.

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS offers an advanced solution and maximum functionality (based on its e-PPS electronic procurement platform), as a managed service for fulfilling the needs of government and public authorities in electronic tendering, evaluation, contract and vendor management and auctions.

Contracting Authorities may order through the RM613 Framework Contract of Buying Solutions the following service elements:

Electronic Tendering (eT):
Web-based, collaborative technology to facilitate the full life cycle of the tendering process for both buyer and supplier, offering a secure interactive, dynamic environment for procurements of any nature, size, complexity or value, (above and below OJEU thresholds) and enforcing (where appropriate) and encouraging recognised best practice (OGC gateway review, templates, eAuctions etc).

Electronic Evaluation (eE):
Web-based, collaborative technology to provide a secure common working environment to enable geographically-dispersed groups to develop evaluation documentation, structured assessment criteria, conduct evaluation of pre-qualification questionnaire submissions, tenders and other responses and carry out bid comparisons/analysis.

Electronic Contract Management (eCM):
Web-based, collaborative technology to establish, manage and monitor contracts, collate bid history (rankings, value, number of contracts awarded), supplier transactional activity (volume, value), monitor performance against agreed service level agreements and key performance indicators and alert buyers to key activities such as contract renewal dates.

Electronic Auctions (eA):
Web-based technology to provide secure, fully hosted, simple or complex auctions.
Serviced by the e-Auctions module of e-PPS.
Electronic vendor management (eVM):
Web based supplier profiling and database tool that allows buying organisations to build sophisticated strategic sourcing databases and suppliers to access relevant category specific opportunities, quickly and efficiently.
