11/02/2015 IS Operations Manager (ITIL) (ISOM/02/15)

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS (ED) wishes to employ an Information System Operation Manager to provide his/her services in Athens or Brussels or Luxembourg. The candidate will support the operation of information systems developed by the company for its clients and currently under production.


  • Information System (IS) production and service management;
  • Organization, implementation and maintenance of IS support;
  • Coordination of production and support teams;
  • Coordination with the project teams;
  • Follow-up of service quality;
  • Management and follow-up of user requests;
  • Guidance regarding the use of information systems;
  • Management of incidents related to information systems, organization of the reporting;
  • Conception and organization of user documentation for information systems;
  • Conception and management of IS training;
  • Participation in user, service and project meetings.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of relevant studies and/or experience after the secondary school;
  • At least 6 years of IT professional experience;
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in user support, training or IS documentation;
  • Certification in “ITIL intermediate level”;
  • At least 1 year of practical experience in applying ITIL best practices;
  • At least 2 years of practical experience with quality procedures.

Linguistic Requirements:

  • Fluency in English;
