06/05/2008 Business Development Manager (BDM-G/05/08)
The Business Development Manager’s primary responsibility is to create, develop, and maintain an on-going business relationship with the Company’s customers and partners.
Tasks:
- Communicate with company departments and customers to analyse their business development needs;
- Undertake financial and contractual negotiations;
- Manage the induction of new IT experts and consultants;
- Attend regular meetings with consultants and customers to review overall technical implementation and career development matters;
- Participate to the preparation of tenders;
- Show persistence and seek alternatives and solutions.
Requirements:
- University degree in IT or/and other relevant Engineering disciplines;
- 3 years working experience in a similar position;
- 2 years of working experience in Project Management of IT-rated projects is mandatory;
- Fluency in German. Excellent oral and written communication ability in English is mandatory. Knowledge of other languages is an asset;
- Professionalism, career orientation and team working ability;
- Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well;
