EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is looking to recruit for its headquarters in Athens and its offices in Belgrade:
Senior J2EE Developer / Software Engineer / Team Leader (ref. SD-SE-TL/05/08)

In the context of its continuous expansion, EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking to employ SENIOR developers who will undertake the implementation of various projects of the company. Successful candidates should be prepared to pursue vigorously the completion of certain parts of the implementation of a project and function as team leaders for software development teams. The ideal candidate will possess rock solid J2EE development skills and a strong core competency in a few of the listed qualifications.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years experience in Java applications development;
  • At least 3 years experience writing enterprise strength Java/J2EE code;
  • Experience with full project lifecycle. Position will require strong design, implementation and testing. Sound knowledge of MVC and Design Patterns;
  • Application Servers, any of: WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat / Geronimo, JBoss. Should have experience installing and deploying new applications to the environment;
  • Content Management, any of: FileNet, Oracle;
  • Misc skills: Eclipse, Ant, Maven, CVS, Web Services, BPM, Hibernate, Spring, AJAX, JUnit, Cactus, basic UNIX skills;
  • XML skills: XML Schemas, XSDs, XSL, XPath, writing DOM / SAX parsers, JDOM;
  • Database: JDBC, MySQL, Oracle;
  • Web: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Struts, JavaServer Faces;
  • Very good written and oral communication both in English;
  • Good Team Spirit.
