15/04/2008 Senior IT Projects Coordinator-Team Leader (BELG IT-TL/10/07)

Successful candidates will be invited to manage a team of high level engineers, IT experts, business analysts and projects managers located in several sites in Europe and will be assigned with the coordination of a portfolio of international IT projects.

Tasks:

  • Identify project’s implementation plan and optimize the use of resources;
  • Plan combined projects activities and set priorities and synergies between projects;
  • Supervise project, technical managers and IT staff;Identify internal reporting procedures and set the reporting plan;
  • Identify needs of resources and launch selection procedures;
  • Identify and apply internal operation procedures to enhance quality, minimize risk and increase profitabilityRepresent the company in key meetings with the customers;
  • Contribute in the outline of corporate business strategies.

Essential qualifications:

  • University degree in Information Technology or a similar subject;
  • Minimum three years’ of experience in leading positions in the IT industry;
  • Excellent knowledge of written and oral English (good knowledge of French or German is an asset);
  • Familiarity with International projects is an asset.

Desirable qualifications:

  • Dynamic personality with excellent communication skills;
  • Goal oriented with a “can do” attitudeTake the ownership of his/her assignments;
  • Good balance between analysis and synthesis;
  • Team spirit.
