11/09/2012 MS Sharepoint Business Analyst (SharePoint 2007- 2010) (SHBA/09/12)

We currently have a vacancy for a MS Sharepoint Business Analyst, fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Helsinki. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at the customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Analysis Team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

  • Identify, analyse new Information Systems and improve Operational Business Processes;
  • Data and business analysis and data modelling;
  • Documenting the processes, analysing information provided by the client and the content of the process workflows;
  • Identifying and communicating the overlaps or synergies between processes;
  • Document standard operating procedures and assist stakeholders in prioritizing requirements;
  • Preparing proposals/presentations;
  • Carrying out research and data collection and conduct analysis.

Your skills:

  • University degree with minimum 5 years experience as an Analyst, in business and process analysis;
  • Extensive experience in process mapping and workflow process analysis (BPMN);
  • Proven experience in MS SharePoint 2007/2010;
  • Excellent knowledge of modelling software techniques and business and functional requirements;
  • Proven experience in working with Document Management Systems;
  • Ability to analyse document management and workflow requirements;
  • Fluency in English and ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings.
