30/01/2012 Senior Architect (XML / J2EE) fluent in French (SA/01/12)

We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Architect, fluent in English and French, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium and attend frequent meetings to Luxembourg. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at the customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Tasks description:

Definition of blue prints and architectural vision;
Design of architecture models and validation of the architecture against requirements and assumptions;
Analysis of problems and definition of standards and solutions;
Drafting of component and interface specification documents and participation in technical and functional meetings.

Your skills:

University degree with minimum 10 years experience in IT or non university degree with minimum15 years experience in IT;
Minimum 6 years experience with XML concepts and J2EE development and/or architecture;
Extensive experience with Tomcat and JBoss and with Oracle RDBMS including the handling of SQL;
Proven experience with web services development and/or architecture;
Experience in security and network issues;
Excellent knowledge of SOA and Spring;
Experience in document management projects using REST webservices and recent JAVA frameworks like GWT, Wicket and Vaadim will be considered an asset;
Excellent command of English and French.
