15/04/2008 HR Account Manager (HRAM-BRU/01/08)
As a member of the HR department of the company, you will be responsible for selecting and recruiting IT experts and consultants to cover the needs of the company and its clients and managing their contracts. Among others you will have to:
- Cooperate with other department Account Managers to monitor all issues related with the company’s staff;
- Communicate with company departments and customers to analyse their needs;
- Identify, pre-select, interview and select candidates for recruitment;
- Undertake financial and contractual negotiations;
- Manage the induction of new IT experts and consultants;
- Respect tight deadlines and strict responsibilities;
- Show persistence and seek alternatives and solutions.
Requirements:
- University degree in IT or/and HR or/and Business Administration;
- 2 years working experience in the field of HR or/and recruitment is mandatory;
- Excellent oral and written communication ability in both French and English is mandatory. Knowledge of other languages is an asset;
- Good Knowledge of MS Office and Internet use;
- Professionalism, career orientation and team working ability;
- Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well;
- Customer Orientation;
- High level of flexibility;
- Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator;
