The Business Development Manager’s primary responsibility is to create, develop, and maintain an on-going business relationship with the Company’s customers and partners.

Tasks:

• Communicate with company departments and customers to analyse their business development needs;
• Undertake financial and contractual negotiations;
• Manage the induction of new IT experts and consultants;
• Attend regular meetings with consultants and customers to review overall technical implementation and career development matters;
• Participate to the preparation of tenders;
• Show persistence and seek alternatives and solutions.

Requirements:

• University degree in IT or/and other relevant Engineering disciplines;
• 3 years working experience as a team leader or staff manager position is mandatory;
• 2 years of working experience in Project Management of IT-rated projects is mandatory;
• Experience in HR management and recruitment is an asset;
• Excellent oral and written communication ability in English and good working level of French is mandatory, knowledge of other languages is an asset;
• Good Knowledge of MS Office and Internet use;
• Professionalism, career orientation and team working ability;
• Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well;
