We currently have a vacancy for a Technical Writer, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based at the premises of the European Commission in Brussels, Belgium, and who will form part of a European Commission’s IT team.

Your main tasks:

  • Write and maintain documentation on systems or business processes;
  • Write and maintain training material on systems or business processes;
  • Participate in the system testing;
  • Organise training material, training logistics and give training on systems or
     business processes;
  • Participate to the definition and the implementation of the communication
    strategy.

Your skills:

  • University degree with minimum 1 year of experience in IT,
    OR non university degree with minimum 2 years experience in IT;
  • Experience in Microsoft Office publishing tools;
  • Experience in writing documentation and providing training in an IT
    environment;
  • Fluent in English and French.
