02/10/2008 Senior Education Expert (ZGR/10/08/03)

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is looking for a Senior Education Expert in Zagreb.

Brief project description: The purpose of the project is to establish a more efficient court administration and case management system in all Croatian courts building on the results of previous and ongoing EC and WB funded integrated case management system (ICMS) projects.

The results to be achieved by the project are as follows:

  • Establishment of a reliable, efficient and sustainable system for management of cases in the courts and for general administration of the court system;
  • Implementing and redrafting the relevant by-laws (Book of Rules);
  • Increasing administrative capacitive of court staff regarding the newly adopted    court management system (new business processes, procedures and IT system).

Qualifications and skills:

  • University-level degree on ICT, pedagogy or equivalent education or equivalent work experience;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill;
  • Good command of written and spoken English;
  • Knowledge of Croatian language would be an advantage.

General professional experience:

  • Preferably 5 year relevant work experience on development and/or delivery of trainings and train the trainers sessions, but a minimum of 3 years required;
  • Ability to coordinate and work in a large team;
  • Confirmation of successful work by the beneficiary/client is required.

Specific professional experience:

  • Specific experience of at least one year in organizing and delivering e-learning training and/or standard training on IT and/or professional issues, preferably within legal system or public administration;
  • Excellent knowledge of modern pedagogy, IT assisted learning, e-learning content development;
  • Previous experience with the Croatian judiciary would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of current international best standards and practices in e-learning and judicial training or public administration training would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Croatian standards and regulations applicable to education of professionals in the legal system would be an advantage.
