12/10/2018 Business Analyst (BAT2/01/18)

We currently have a vacancy for a skilled Business Analyst, experienced in gathering and analyzing business requirements and fluent in English. The consultant will offer his/her services in Athens office. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in a Project team that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team.

Main responsibilities and Tasks:

By applying your knowledge and experience you will produce and maintain Business Analysis artifacts, drive the design or review test cases, process change requests, and manage the project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment. More analytically you will be engaged in:
  • Analysis and refinement of user and system requirements;
  • Assisting with the business cases;
  • Planning and monitoring;
  • Eliciting requirements;
  • Requirements organization;
  • Translating and simplifying requirements;
  • Requirements management and communication;
  • Studies, testing, documentation, user training, support for software applications;
  • Participation in project management and reporting activities.


  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent work experience;
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in requirement engineering, software testing, support and/or software development;
  • Knowledge of UML, XML, XSD, SQL, HTML, CSS is an asset;
  • Working knowledge in process modelling and modelling of functional and non-functional requirements.
