28/04/2016 Business Analyst (UML, BPMN) (BA/04/16)

We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Stockholm. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Business Analysis team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

  • Elicitation, analysis and documentation of business requests, functional and non-functional requirements and traceability;
  • Close collaboration with project stakeholders, including business owners, end users, project managers and enterprise and solution architects;
  • Provision of training, drafting user training material, preparation and delivery of workshops;
  • Analysis and definition of business needs, prioritization of requirements, draft business and test cases;
  • Modelling, documentation, analysis and improvement of business processes and data models;
  • Requirements management using Microsoft Team Foundation Server and workflow automation;
  • Creation and maintenance of technical and user documentation;
  • Software development processes following a CMMI-Dev and Scrum based model;
  • Delivery of vision documents, UML models and ArchiMate enterprise architecture models;
  • Preparation and review of feasibility and related studies for IT and non IT projects & requirements specifications.

Your skills:

  • University degree with minimum 4 years of professional experience in IT or non university degree with minimum 6 years of experience in IT;
  • Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience, including elicitation, analysis and documentation of functional and non - functional requirements;
  • Solid working experience with process modelling and re-engineering using BPMN;
  • Hands on experience with architectural frameworks and modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, UML, ArchiMate, Microsoft Team Foundation Server and K2 workflow management system;
  • Experience with CMMI-Dev and Scrum based models would be an asset;
  • Excellent communication skills, good team spirit and capacity to plan and deliver own work;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
