07/04/2016 SharePoint Data/Document Manager (OCM/04/16)

We currently have a vacancy for a SharePoint Data/Document Manager, fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Stockholm. The work will be carried out on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the SharePoint team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

  • Support content and functional improvements for Document Management Services (DMS) on SharePoint platform;
  • Analysis, configuration and supervision of information objects flow and content repository workflows;
  • Support information submission and uploading activities by assisting staff in providing proper input to the Document Management Services (DMS) and ensure content availability to all users;
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Document Management Services (DMS) content, improve and debug the existing platform;
  • Enhance the Metadata structures per category of documents;
  • Improve the access, performance and enrich the existing Document Management content;
  • Support the integration of DMS and its subsystems with other internal applications;
  • Explore and pilot additional services, evaluating possible content structures and solutions to improve the current access to documents, the performance and enrich the current DMS.

Your skills:

  • University degree with minimum 4 years of professional experience the area of Document Management, preferably in the health industry;
  • Hands on experience in Content Management evaluation and configuration;
  • Development experience with SharePoint, C#.NET, TFS, PowerShell JavaScript, XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS and Visual Studio;
  • Extensive experience with UML or case tools, object oriented modelling and classifications;
  • Working experience in SharePoint Document Management and Managed Metadata Services configuration;
  • Understanding of DBD programming principles, SQL and K2 will be advantageous;
  • Strong communication and people management skills, ability to work as part of an International team and participate in multilingual meetings;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
