01/10/2008 Junior Consultant/Data Manager (JC_DM/10/08)

We currently have a vacancy for a Junior Consultant – Data Manager to offer his/her services at the ECDC premises in Stockholm, Sweden.

Your tasks:

  • Data processing- data transformations;
  • Monitoring of data collection;
  • Importing historical datasets;
  • Dealing with helpdesk queries;
  • Specific reports creation.

Your skills:

  • Experience in data management;
  • Experience in using STATA for data quality checking, cleaning, data merging and report production;
  • Experience in using SQL (preferably MS-SQL server) for handling large and complex data sets;
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office and experience in MS Excel, Ms. Access and SQL Server 2005;
  • Experience in fully documenting all performed activities;
  • Profound knowledge of English (oral and written).
