Tasks:

  • Designing procedures and ensuring they meet requirements for the collection and processing of data;
  • Ensure the completeness, accuracy and consistency of the data so that it meets the standards of quality expected for reporting;
  • Test new processes and systems for data management;
  • Help in the development of the ERP system of the company;
  • Train and coordinate colleagues to improve the quality of the data collected;
  • Prepare financial reporting;
  • Report to customers;
  • Handle invoicing procedures;
  • Interpret, synthesize, and analyze data using scientific or statistical techniques;
  • “Can-do” attitude; show persistence and seek alternative solutions when obstacles arise;
  • Show flexibility in response to process change and adapt to and accommodate new methods and procedures;
  • Cooperate and coordinate with other departments within the company.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Statistics or equivalent;
  • 2 years of relevant professional experience;
  • Very good Knowledge of MS Office and Internet use;
  • Knowledge of CRM, ERP or similar systems is a strong asset;
  • Fluency in English mandatory, knowledge of French is a strong asset. Knowledge of other languages is also an asset;
  • Strong analytical and synthetic skills and critical ability;
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills;
  • Organizational and coordination skills;
  • Able to work under tide deadlines (good time management);
  • Open to learning and continuous improvement;
  • Efficiency and Autonomy;
  • Customer Orientation.
