Tasks:

  • Handling administrative tasks and procedures;
  • Communicating with customers;
  • Generating customer and internal reports;
  • Follow-up of administrative matters related to contracts;
  • Handling invoicing procedures;
  • Preparing annual financial forecasts;
  • Cooperating and coordinating with other departments within the company.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
  • 1 year of relevant professional experience will be a strong asset;
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office and Internet use;
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory;
  • Able to work under tight dead lines (good time management), strictly respecting dead lines;
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills;
  • Open to learning and continuous improvement;
  • Efficiency and Autonomy;
  • Customer Orientation;
  • Organizational and coordination skills;
  • Analytical and critical ability.
