Tasks:
- Handling administrative tasks and procedures;
- Communicating with customers;
- Generating customer and internal reports;
- Follow-up of administrative matters related to contracts;
- Handling invoicing procedures;
- Preparing annual financial forecasts;
- Cooperating and coordinating with other departments within the company.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
- 1 year of relevant professional experience will be a strong asset;
- Good Knowledge of MS Office and Internet use;
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory;
- Able to work under tight dead lines (good time management), strictly respecting dead lines;
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills;
- Open to learning and continuous improvement;
- Efficiency and Autonomy;
- Customer Orientation;
- Organizational and coordination skills;
- Analytical and critical ability.
