EUROPEAN DYNAMICS wishes to employ a Business Development Executive to provide his/her services in the company’s headquarters in Athens. The ideal candidate, with his/her expertise, will be required to assist in the management and development of the company’s in-house development team.

The ideal candidate will be required to perform, amongst others, the following tasks:

  • Handle customer requests for in-house developed projects;
  • Understand accurately the customer’s requirements;
  • Assist in the development of customer relationships;
  • Manage current human resources and recruit new IT staff worldwide;
  • Support the company’s profitability targets and measures.

Educational Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration / Engineering / HR Management / IT Management or similar. A postgraduate degree in the areas above or similar will be highly appreciated;
  • Sufficient theoretical knowledge of various application development technologies will be highly appreciated.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, HR Management, or similar;
  • Good exposure to IT technologies;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access;
  • Knowledge of issues related to the European and international organisations will be highly appreciated.

Linguistic Requirements:

Fluency in English is compulsory. Good knowledge of French will be highly appreciated.
