Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent;
  • Strong analytical capabilities, quality-oriented, keen to learn and excel;
  • Experience with UML and RUP methodologies;
  • Very good written and oral communication skills in English (other EU languages will be considered an asset).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills;
  • Previous experience in IT projects with public administrations;
  • Previous working experience in similar positions.
