Tasks:

  • Handling administrative tasks and procedures;
  • Communicating with clients;
  • Reporting to clients;
  • Respecting project’s deadlines;
  • Follow up contracts;Handling Invoicing procedure;
  • Preparing annual financial prediction;
  • Coopeating with other departments within the company.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
  • Previous professional experience will be an asset;
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office and Internet use;
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of French will be highly appreciated;
  • Able to work under tide dead lines (good time management);
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills;
  • Open to learning and continuous improvement;
  • Efficiency and Autonomy;
  • Customer Orientation;
  • Organizing and controlling skills;
  • Analytical and critical ability.
