Tasks:
- Handling administrative tasks and procedures;
- Communicating with clients;
- Reporting to clients;
- Respecting project’s deadlines;
- Follow up contracts;Handling Invoicing procedure;
- Preparing annual financial prediction;
- Coopeating with other departments within the company.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
- Previous professional experience will be an asset;
- Good Knowledge of MS Office and Internet use;
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of French will be highly appreciated;
- Able to work under tide dead lines (good time management);
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills;
- Open to learning and continuous improvement;
- Efficiency and Autonomy;
- Customer Orientation;
- Organizing and controlling skills;
- Analytical and critical ability.
