Tasks:

As a member of the HRTM department of the company, you will be responsible for providing IT experts to clients upon request. You will have to:

  • Communicate with clients;
  • Analyse needs of the clients;
  • Create appropriate job advertisements;
  • Find good quality CVs;
  • Interview candidates;
  • Make financial and contractual negotiations;
  • Respect deadlines;
  • Follow up the accounts of your responsibility;
  • Cooperate with other departments within the company.

Requirements:

  • University degree preferably in IT or/and Business Administration or/and HR;
  • Professional Experience in Recruiting will be an asset;
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office and Internet use;
  • Fluency in English and French;
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills;
  • Able to work under tight dead lines (good time management);
  • Open to learning and continuous improvement;
  • Efficiency and Autonomy;
  • Customer Orientation;
  • Achievement drive and result orientation;
  • Organizing and controlling skills;
  • Analytical and critical ability.
