Tasks:
As a member of the HRTM department of the company, you will be responsible for providing IT experts to clients upon request. You will have to:
- Communicate with clients;
- Analyse needs of the clients;
- Create appropriate job advertisements;
- Find good quality CVs;
- Interview candidates;
- Make financial and contractual negotiations;
- Respect deadlines;
- Follow up the accounts of your responsibility;
- Cooperate with other departments within the company.
Requirements:
- University degree preferably in IT or/and Business Administration or/and HR;
- Professional Experience in Recruiting will be an asset;
- Good Knowledge of MS Office and Internet use;
- Fluency in English and French;
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills;
- Able to work under tight dead lines (good time management);
- Open to learning and continuous improvement;
- Efficiency and Autonomy;
- Customer Orientation;
- Achievement drive and result orientation;
- Organizing and controlling skills;
- Analytical and critical ability.
